I have 3 children (11g, 7b, 2b) and have been married 3 years (2nd). I work FT outside the home. Most of my outside work activities are as a spectator of kids/hubby activities (soccer, softball, chess, Scouts, etc.) I'm really bad about doing the "me time". Have found the only way I can be consistent with exercise is to do it early in the am, before everyone else is up. I've also become all to aware that I am a carb-fiend. I love my carbs -- don't mind the rest, but they are so much more convenient & easier to come by.

5/06 Update :) Fell off the wagon a little -- still being conscientious about eating & exercising, but not as motivated, dedicated, and focused as before. Getting back in little by little with Pilates & Hard Core classes. Looking at Project YOU now.
I had been running (only 2mi) 3x/week and doing a circuit workout (~40 min) 2-3 time/week. I wasn't seeing any improvements. I desperately wanted to lose "baby weight" from 2 years ago. I desperately wanted to get out of my "self loathing" frame of mind.
I started Slim in 6 about a month after receiving the program. I finally ran out of excuses not to start it. And now I love it. A day doesn't start right if I haven't Burned it Up.
I got more out of my 2nd round than I did the first. And, I have found I am one of those who the scale does not move for, the inches don't melt away, but the clothes start to fit differently anyway. In fact, I bought (online) several pairs of pants in my next size down -- by the time they arrived they are too loose. Isn't that great! That's the Beachbody Way!
I've now spent the last 2 month doing P90 -- but the last few weeks have been so "un-engaged". Could be winter illnesses or the program ... but I have not been able to get out of bed early enough. I like shorter goals, I guess. Changing over to Slim Series, but I'm not sure about the longer workout times -- that has always been a challenge.
