Hi, My name is Heather. I am a 37 year old stay at home mom of a 2,3 and 4 year old. I have been married to my super supportive husband for 9 years. I am also starting my own business in the evenings and weekends as a muralist and decorative paint artist. It is hard to find the time to take care of myself and not feel that I am neglecting other duties.

Growing up I was always active and working out. I enjoyed skiing, rollerblading, hiking, swimming and as I got older I started running and ran 3 marathons. I still seemed to have a tummy bulge that More...
Growing up I was always active and working out. I enjoyed skiing, rollerblading, hiking, swimming and as I got older I started running and ran 3 marathons. I still seemed to have a tummy bulge that hung over my pants most of the time. In 2001 I tore my ankle ligaments in a marathon and had to have surgery. Before the surgery and during the recovery I gained about 15 pounds. Then I followed that up by having 3 children in less than three years. There was no time between pregnancies to lose weight. At the end of it all I weighed 209.6 lbs. and felt miserable. I went to weight watchers and started slowly working out and using the p90 program. So far I have lost 55 pounds. I also completed my first 2 mini triathlons. I have been having a hard time staying motivated and getting the last 30 pounds off. Eating is a huge downfall for me. Even though I had the p90 program I did not know about this website till the end of December 2007. What a difference this has made in my motivation. I love working out with everyone on Million Dollar Body. It really keeps me motivated each day. I am back on a better eating program too. I feel so much better but I still have a long way to go. I know in time I will be feeling even better than I do now. I can't wait till I can pick out any piece of clothing and have it look good without fat rolls hanging over.
