“It’s on! It’s on!” I kept saying this the first couple of days after agreeing to take the 90 day challenge but telling you the truth motivation is hard to keep. You start working out faithfully the first couple of weeks and then you start to slipping little by little when you don’t see results right away but in the back on of your mind you think -Well, I’m just starting, no pain, no game- I think it happens to everyone that starts a weight loss program or workout routine and disappointment turns into frustration we get trapped in no results. The 90 Day Challenge has been a that, a true challenge.

My motivation is my desire to look good and feel good. My word counts and I signed my pledge to this commitment. My experience so far has been great and the results are starting to show up. Keeping track of my progress has helped me out in a major way. Marking my calendar for the days that I’ve done an activity, saving my workout routines, using all the tools available (teambeachbody.com, progress sheets, workout discs, supplements, etc), and taking my before and after photos. I try to eat healthy and watch my carbs. I’m not really good at this but I try to intake the necessary calories to keep my metabolism working good. There is still time left to workout better and improve my progress.

The 90 day challenge is over but my challenge is not over because I want to make exercise and eating habits part of my daily routine. I think that the keys to success for people that use Beachbody products could be dedication, motivation, energy, and patience. Lots of dedication and patience. Rome was not built in one day. It is the same with our daily workouts we will not see results in one day. However, it takes one day, maybe one moment to change our attitude and change it to a positive one.
