May 30th is my 90 day point from beginning my workout and supplements..I started with Tony's cardio workout, and after a week, upgraded to the P90X workout..I've completed P90X , and to date I've lost More...
May 30th is my 90 day point from beginning my workout and supplements..I started with Tony's cardio workout, and after a week, upgraded to the P90X workout..I've completed P90X , and to date I've lost the 40 pounds I was striving to lose, and 12 inches off my belly area..
I've been very strict on making sure that I get all my snacks and supplements in, and eating the proper foods in my meal plan..
I also am taking the P90X supplements, as well as Shakeology, with an occasional Chocalate Meal replacement shake for a snack...
