I love to exercise! I've been an exercise fanatic since I was a teenager. My problem is food. I love food! I love to eat. I eat when I'm happy. I eat when I'm stressed. I eat when I'm bored. I eat when I'm nervous. I eat when I'm excited. So if I could get my addiction to food under control, I could get the body I remember having in college (or a reasonably close facsimile).
Eating all the time wasn't a problem for me until I turned 26. It seems like my metabolism all of a sudden hit a brick wall and was pronounced dead at the scene. My size 4 body was driven outwards to a size 12. I'm back to a size 8, but would love to get my waist down to a size 6, since I'm not the curviest girl out there.
