I haven't really had a weight issue since I was a teenager. At 17 I was probably
10-15 pounds overweight and wearing size 10's (and on my way to the next
size up if I recall correctly). I joined the army right after high school and
naturally lost almost all my fat and trimmed down very nicely. (thanks to all
the running, situps and pushups we had to do) When I returned home I was

Well, I'm not transformed yet, but I can already feel a difference in how my
clothes fit me after a week of combining HHA with some jogging. My pants are
looser, and the area near my ribcage is a lot firmer than it was before. Of course
I still lots of work to do on my stomach area, but I knew going in that it would
take a while to tone that down!
