At six weeks I was a little discouraged. I hadn't done as well as I'd like as far as pounds and inches, but any improvement is a step forward.
Now I'm just shy of 60 days and encouraged by a little more lost. Still depressed that I go through times when I don't exercise for up to five days straight....I just can't get and stay at 6 workouts a week. I have been very good about not eating after 8pm. And I get stubborn about it too, because sometimes that means I skip dinner because my schedule interfered.
I wish I'd lost 16lbs instead of 10, but the important thing is not to give up ... and I haven't
