Well in high school i played soccer, football, track and all that good stuff. I got out of high school and got a girl friend i had for 4 years put on about 15 pounds and couldn't run to safe my life. I did a warm up week of P90X+ and P90X! Loved the work outs and started doing the classic P90X the next week on Monday. I am 20 days in and have yet to miss a day. I'll be doing Insanity after my 90 day is over to cut the rest of my fat off and become a beast!!!!BRING IT!!!!
