CUDAHY, WI Boy, I sure can remember back when I was a freshman in high school. My mom had to take me in for physical for high school. When I weighed in at as 150#'s. That to me was alot. But now, as adult, turning 42 soon. Wow, I sure put on the pounds. Through out the years I did try this or that. First of all, I try Jenny Craig, I lost 70 pounds. Lost 55 pounds. Of course, Didn't stick with it. So here I am. Going to push myself to do this. Of course, if you haven't read, what I posted already.
My name is Dawn Keller, I'm a single mom to a 18 year old son. I like to help out in every which way possible. WHich I'm here for the same reason, like you. I do this part time. I try to work out either every day or every other day to get used to it.

As a young child, I was never active, even as a young teenager either. But as I got older, graduated from high school. Met my son's father, got married, had my one and only child. My son, who now is going to be 18 this coming November. But as the time went on. I just got heavier and heavier. Did nothing about it until about March of 1995. Until I decided to join Jenny Craig. Which I did lose 70#'s. But then gained all of the 70 and then some back again. Tried all types of diet plans, you name it, I tried it. Plus, I even tried Weight watchers too. Which I did lose about 55#'s. But just trying to keep it off is a joke. So, one day I was watching this informaical about Shaun T's hip hop abs. It looked so much fun. I keept putting it off on getting it. Until I decided I'm not getting any thinner until I get the dvd's. And just do it. Which til this day, I'm going to keep pushing play, and one day I would like to become a coach to help other people in this citutation just like myself. To keep them going and motivated. But as time went on. But in the middle of November of last year. I had met my wonderful friend. Which I hope something grows between us. But he also encourage me last November to do something about my weight. So, about the end of Novmeber, I started to watch what I was eating. Starting to drink more water and so on. By the end of Decmeber of last year. Should I say about 30 day. I had lost about 21 pounds to date. I'm so excited how much I lost. Even my new friend even noticed that I lost something too. So that which keeps me going to.
