I also play indoor soccer on a team from time to time and years ago studied traditional Chinese kung fu for about 6 years. I still do some occasional skateboarding in pools and bowls.
I've been eating bad and not exercising much for the past 9 months and ready to get rid of this tire and save my life. I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I've just changed my eating habits and started P90X.
I have a local friend that started it the day before me and hoping she will keep up with it and push me to keep up with it as well.
