I'm 49 and have been married for 19 years. I have 2 kids ages 18 and 16. I have worked out for 30 years. I do pilates, yoga, a ball workout, water ski, power walk, rollarblade, and a few other things and still I have trouble loosing fat over my ripped muscles. I don't look like I weigh as much as I do. I gained alot of weight when I had to take hormones before I had surgery and haven't been able

I have lost 22 lbs. and 24.5 inches since Feb. 07. I have lost 20 lbs. and 16 inches since I stated doing si6 118 days ago. I am seeing results and that alone is encouraging me to keep pressing play. I have more energy and I'm being very careful of the food that is passing between my teeth. I have only missed two days in the last 56 days of working out so that helps. My husband says I am beautiful the way I am I don't need to loose any weight. I do this for me so I feel better (my knees and hips)and so off to press play I go. I can now fit into my size 12 jeans and acutally bend over without cutting off circulation and breath at the same time. I now fit into my skinny shorts too!!! YEAH!!!!!! Go me!!!! I am starting to see muscle definition in my arms, theighs, and abs. The fat is disappearing. Feels great.

I have just started turbo jam and am hoping it will get rid of the layers of fat around my abs and back. The workout is fun and I am hoping that I can get better results with both TJ and SIS. I will see. But I feel good and I feel comfortable in my skin now. It's all due to beach body and my buddies to keep me motivated. I have lost 20 pounds and am now trying to loose another 10.

Today I finished P90X, I want to thank all my buddies and Coach AlliC for encouraging me and help keep me motivated. I have lost a total of 32 pounds and I haven't measured so I don't know how many inches yet. Thanks Beach Body for these excellent work outs and the support system you have in place.

I turn 50 this year and I plan to have the abs I had in high school. They are getting there, but aren't there yet, I have two more months to do it. I have already gone from size 16 to size 8, I am happy with the size, I just want to get rid of the rest of the layers of fat around the middle and back. I know with clean eating and the commitment to working out I will accomplish this. I will be pushing play for 1 year as of June 15, 2008. I don't think I will ever stop PP.
