I have a new job and am busier than ever doing volunteer work. I have tried many times to get fit. I recently joined a gym but find that I'm not as comfortable as I was with the beachbody workouts. I think going to the gym has shown me that I can push myself harder and that I can stick to a routine. So I'm hoping to supplement that with more beachbody workouts.
