I'm 36 years old. A cancer survivor. I'm into cycling, running, and would like to move into triathlons. I did my first duathlon last year, and I loved it. I have now completed the P90X program and I have seen awesome results!! I feel much stronger and faster than I did last year after only running and cycling indoors all winter, and my physique is much more lean and cut. Working out with

As I said in my bio, I am a cancer survivor. I am hoping to achieve full body fitness. My lungs are scared from the chemo and radiation that I received, but I am getting stronger every year. Last year I competed in my first duathlon, and I am hoping to compete in my first triathlon this year. Through P90X I am hoping to get my body and mind as strong as possible so that I can reach my fitness goals. I can see a big difference in my strength and endurance after 11 weeks days on the program and I am really happy with the results. I can't wait to see what my body looks like after the full 90 days!!!
