Transformation Story

Fitness has always been a major factor in my life. From the age of 4 I have
always been in some form of an activity. Through the years I have purchased
lot's of exercise videos, but never More...
Fitness has always been a major factor in my life. From the age of 4 I have
always been in some form of an activity. Through the years I have purchased
lot's of exercise videos, but never stayed consistant with them. I finally found
what I needed. Beach Body!! I love the fact that there are so many programs to
choose from, that was what brought me to them. With the help of HHA's and
clean eating I was able to loose almost 30 lbs. I loved the fact that Shaun T
made fitness fun for me again. I had adandoned my true love, working out,
for a lazy lifestyle that caused me to NOT feel good about myself and to gain
lots of weight.
The spark was found again, and this January I jumped on board with SI6 (yes I
owned it for years) and now Debbie has really helped me to transform my
body. I joined a thread, and with the help of a wonderful CYPER family, have
recieved the support that I needed to keep PP..

I LOVE to help and motivate people. So I am thrilled to now be apart of the
Coaching community. I look so forward to getting in the best shape of my
life.. It's awesome to be fit at 41. I love the results that I am seeing in my
body, and I know that without a doubt I will never gain 30 lbs again. Please
