Hello Team Beachbody. My name is Jessica, I’m a Coach. I just finished the P90X Program. It was awesome. I started RevAbs to continue my fitness journey. I am here to help with those who are doing any Beachbody branded product or on the fence about any products and need extra motivation to keep going. I’m here to answer questions, provide advice and to learn from others who’ve reached their fitness and weight loss goals.
A little bit about me, I reside in Long Beach, CA married for 3 years, I have a 2-year-old daughter, I work and go to school full time. Yes I have a busy schedule, but I’ve been determined to find time to place P90X, RevAbs and any other fitness program into my daily schedule. I attend the University of Phoenix majoring in Information Technology/Systems Security, an awesome school for those who are busy like me, it allows me to be a full time student and still have a life.
The reason why I DECIDED to get off my butt and start working out is due to someone whom I’m close with assumed my husband and I were getting ready to have another baby; they assumed I was pregnant again. I told them that we aren’t expecting and the statement made “Well, you look like you are” gave me a reality check. A secondary reality check was my doctor telling me how much I weighed; I couldn’t believe I was 184lbs and counting. My doctor recommended for some changes to be made because of her concern for my health and well-being. I saw some infomercials for P90X and 10 Minute Trainer, but I wasn’t sure if it would work for a busy person like me. I passed P90X and jumped into 10 Minute Trainer and I found it to be an awesome program with very quick pace moves and variety to help promote fat burning and weight loss. After a few rounds of 10 Minute Trainer, I saw a new infomercial for P90X again and I was very eager to try it. I saw results on the infomercial, on YouTube and various other areas online. Fitness Magazine also did an article about P90X and Sheryl Crow; I use Fitness Magazine as a resource, so if they had something good to say about P90X, I really wanted to get involved.
As I mentioned before I’ve finished P90X and I’m still hungry and COMMITTED to see a slim body and toned muscle results. I’ve also incorporated Shakeology into my meal plan, I’ve replaced my nightly dinner with a shake after working out, and so far it has been a lifesaver. I’ve just started RevAbs; I want to focus on loosing body fat so I can get the desired results and SUCCEED.

When I graduated high school in 2000, I weighed about 130 lbs and wore a dress size 5/6. Even while going to a university I was able to maintain fitness as well a healthy life style and a very healthy weight. Over the years, I’ve gained weight by not eating healthy and not keeping workout plans and playing sports as often as I did before. Now that I have a child and married, it is even harder to maintain a healthy life style. One day, someone assumed I was pregnant again, but what the person saw was the pouch from my first child. Then I realized, it's time to get organized, schedule workouts and eat healthier. P90X was my first choice however the schedule that I have is too demanding and it will not allow me to get the workout done. I saw an infomercial for 10 minute trainer and I thought the idea was brilliant; however I sat on the sidelines watching the infomercial. After about a month of watching it, I decided to jump in and get into the game. I’ve lost 12 inches off of my body and my clothes are starting to fit much better. I lost a total of 22lbs after completing 90 days of 10 Min Trainer. I'm currently in the last Phase of P90X and look forward to moving on to RevAbs! I will start RevAbs on Nov 2nd; I've decided to pass on ChaLEAN Extreme for now and come back to it after RevAbs!
