I am a 40 year old mother of 4 who used to have a lot of energy and be pretty fit. Since turning the big 4-0 along with lack of energy and a busy schedule, I have noticed that it is harder to maintain my weight and easier to accumulate body fat. I am petite and small boned and tend to hold my weight in my stomach. I have had 4 c-sections and have weak abdominal muscles. I have been about 10 pounds
