I started Turbo Jam in January 2009 and for the first time in my life, I stuck with an exercise program! I lost 12 pounds in 3 months, but I didn't reach my weight goal. Once summer hit, I got a little bit lazy and a lot more liberal in my eating choices, and right now I put some of the weight back on. It's a new season, I'll be doing a lot of performing, and I'm ready to tackle this again and reach my goal weight.
