I'm 29yo married with a 6yo son. Like a lot of stories, back when I was in high school (amazine that HS is usually the worst at the time, but in hindsight we all base so much of our lives from it afterwards) I was in better shape and thinner from playing tennis and volleyball and weightlifting. I ballooned from 112 to 199 after pregancies, quitting smoking, and poor food and exercise choices.

primarily on weight as well as my family history of diabetes, heart disease, and with the women, gall bladder disease, I knew I needed to get this weight off me. So here I am.
