As long as I can remember I have been surrounded by people who encourage me to place value into getting healthy AND staying healthy. In from elementary to high school I played soccer and was an active (and even sometimes PAID) musician. As I grew up I continued to play music and now I am an aerobics instructor at several Universities and local gyms. Through all this I have learned that life isn't about looking the prettiest or being better than everyone else - its about building relationships that last a lifetime and making the best decision in the present for the best outcome in the FUTURE! As an Independent BeachBody Coach, I am hoping to show people that fitness doesn't have to be a fad, it can be a fun lifestyle!
