I was tired of getting out of breath just to tie my shoes.So I was ready for a change.This is my second round of p90x.I lost 20 pounds and many inches over the whole body.But this time I decided to get on here and see if I can't inspire and be inspired to push hard and get my over all goal of a six pack and great over all health and fitness.
