I have never felt old and age is not a factor in my activities. I will try just about anything and if I can't do it I'll keep trying. Failure is motivating. Although there have been ups and downs during my life long fitness journey it has been a huge part of my philosophy of "growing young and not growing old". Or better put to "stay young by staying fit".
