During my last year of high school, I really started getting into running. It
was definitely a gradual start, but around that same time my friends also

During my last year of high school, I really started getting into running. It
was definitely a gradual start, but around that same time my friends also
started running. Going into college, I also found some great guys to run with
just about every night. My second semester of the first year of school was
rough. I got into a horrible habit of eating badly and on top of that, I rarely
ran anymore. I would occasionally, but it was just a few times. I wouldn't
commit to it because I was so hard on myself for eating wrongly.

Over the summer, I committed to changing and my brother introduced me to
P90X. I got the equipment, committed to it, and completed the program
during probably the busiest semester of my schooling. The time invested in
the workouts each day was well worth it. It equipped me with the energy,
enthusiasm and endurance to continue to complete my responsibilities
successfully on a daily basis.
