I was a very athletic child and teenager. I always worked out and tried to
maintain a fit body. I met my wife in the ARMY. I was forced to maintain a
good workout program, which continued More...
I was a very athletic child and teenager. I always worked out and tried to
maintain a fit body. I met my wife in the ARMY. I was forced to maintain a
good workout program, which continued for my five years in the military.
After the Military, life started to get busy and as many, I found it hard to find
time to workout. Before I knew it I was at 215 from my adolescent 165. As
our kids were born, I found less time to commit to diet and exercise. I tried
as much as I could. I hovered at 200 to 205. I have tried almost every workout
program and diet with little success. One night I saw the infomercial for P90X
and was taken back to my time in the military. It reminded me of Basic
Training and football practice all in one. I knew this would be different.

I am am starting my second round of P90X. My waist has shrunk 8 inches and
I have dropped by body fat percentage from 32.2 % to 24.5%. I look forward
to the remainder of the program and the updates I will be able to post.

It is day 322 and I am 4 weeks away from finishing my third round. This
round is P90X +. I am down to 175 and 15 body fat percentage. I feel great
and am working to my final goal of 165. 165 because that was the weight I
was out of Basic Training and I looked great at that weight.
