Tinker AFB, OK I am currently in the military. I've been traveling around a lot and haven't had the opportunity to workout like I used to in the past. Growing up I've always played sports and stayed physically fit. Halfway through college I started to lift weights for physical appearance and strength. The more I did it, the more I liked it. Growing up I've always played sports and stayed physically fit. Halfway through college I started to lift weights for physical appearance and strength. The more I did it, the more I liked it. Through a series of events (marriage, divorce, training in the military, deployment), I've been lifting off and on. At first it was all about size. Then I got to the point where I was big but I had more body fat than I wanted. For 7 months (Aug-Feb) I had stopped lifting because of training and moving around. I looked at myself in the mirror one day and was not happpy with what I saw. I knew about P90X for a long time and just never ordered it because I figured I could do make my own program and work it out. That didn't go to well. I finally ordered P90X and started the program on March 13th. As for now, I am happy with the progress I am having. And I've lost some body fat to the point where I can see my abs again! I'm not done yet and I plan on continuing with this and other programs in the future. Thank you P90X!

I have been following the P90X and HHA programs everday. I also have been doing cardio about three to four times a week. I have been eating smaller meals 6x a day, taking in protein, and drinking water constantly. When I workout, I give everything I have and "Bring It" each and every time. I'm in the middle of the program now, so I will be back with more of my transformation later.
