I am currently in the military. I've been traveling around a
lot and haven't had the opportunity to workout like I used
to in the past. Growing up I've always played sports and
stayed physically fit. Halfway through college I started to
lift weights for physical appearance and strength. The more

I have been following the P90X and HHA programs everday. I
also have been doing cardio about three to four times a
week. I have been eating smaller meals 6x a day, taking in

week. I have been eating smaller meals 6x a day, taking in
protein, and drinking water constantly. When I workout, I
give everything I have and "Bring It" each and every time.
I'm in the middle of the program now, so I will be back with
more of my transformation later.
