Transformation Story

60 Day Update:
I'm down 11lbs and 3% body fat and 13" in measurements all around. I'm also down 1.5 belt loops and am starting to physically see & feel my body transformation. I'm gaining More...
60 Day Update:
I'm down 11lbs and 3% body fat and 13" in measurements all around. I'm also down 1.5 belt loops and am starting to physically see & feel my body transformation. I'm gaining momentum and the program is getting exciting.

Balancing all the exercise with a diet high in protein with lots of veggies and fruits. I'm proud to say I've numbed my sweet tooth, curbed the munchies for chips and replaced the cravings with exercise and good food. I feel so much better and love the new lifestyle I'm creating.

Looking forward, I ordered P90 and P90 Master series to start after I finish Chalean Extreme. I feel I'm staring to build momentum and wake up excited each day to push play.


30 Day Post:
I originally purchased P90X about 18 months ago, but lost both grandparents and threw out my lower back and haven't been able to recover. I always thought too much pain to start a program.

I reach december 08 w/out any exercise, aggravated and at my highest weight. My back pain was no better, so I decided to make a commitment and go for it through the pain. I purchase Chalean Extreme to get started and found a lower back machine (www.getback2life.com).

I started with the back machine and stretching for almost 3 weeks and then Started on Chalean Extreme. I gave myself a bonus week to start the program to make sure I worked slowly into the program and and didn't injure myself. Now 5 weeks into the program, I've completed the BURN phase, and I can sit at work with NO BACK PAIN. I also worked in the Total Body Solutions DVD with Chad and Debbie on rest days to strengthen & develop my core to complement the Burn Phase and continued back exercises.

I look forward to a great Lean Phase and additional results. I've read through the Nutritional Information and am selecting better foods and developing a program that I feel will help accelerate my results even more. I am proud to say I've now kicked the Soda & Candy habit. My cravings have been replaced with healthy food choices.
