Louisville, KS Iam 48 years old ovarian cancer surviver. I was 39 when diagnosed. Former smoker quit 2 years ago. Worked out late 2007 beginning 2008. Traded cigarettees for fitness. Have had 8 prior broken bones. Lost both Mother and Father last year and quit working out. Did turbo jam prior trying to help mon beat her cancer. She had small cell lung cancer. No cure just can prolong life alitte while. Dad was Iam 48 years old ovarian cancer surviver. I was 39 when diagnosed. Former smoker quit 2 years ago. Worked out late 2007 beginning 2008. She had small cell lung cancer. No cure just can prolong life alitte while. Dad was 15 years older at 85 passed away 3 monthes later. Dad always took care of himselve. Dad was a boxer loved to watch turbo jam. I let myselve go after their deaths. On July 29 I started doing turbo jam again weight 210 pounds. I have taken 1 day off since I started working out. Today is August 14, I worked 3 miles today and did turbo jam the Learn and Burn. Yesterday I walked 2 miles and did bootie sculpt and ABDS. I have lost 14 pounds but I look much leaner and have alot of energy. My goal is 50 pounds. I like looking younger and feeling good. I like ohter people to feel good also. I couldnt hardly do a l mile walk at one time. O2 on room air is approximately 98 percent. i used to have colds all the time. Feel much better today. Spent 30 years on the cigerettes. Have become very focused on health. I study alternative nutrient and work in the health care industry. Alot of people I know look very unhealthy at age 50. Several of people I know have passed away in their 50's from health issues and heart attacks. I feel fitness is key to good health also try to eat unrefined and unprocessed foods most of the time. I can tomatoes and make salsa. Love gardening, outdoors, and the beauty of sunsets. Like to read and study.

Started at 210 pounds. Walk and do turbo jam. Iam 48 years old. I have lost 15 pounds since July 29, 2009. Today I felt well enough to walk 3 miles and to do turbo jam learn and burn. Ovarian cancer survivor. Had many old injuries to deal with. Have previously had 8 broken bones. Quit smoking 2 years ago.
