Slim 6 got the ball rolling for me. I learned how self discipline and motivation through the message boards and buddy time in wowy kept me on track. I've been married since 1995, we have three girls and I'm self employeed. I live for the outdoors year round (fishing,bow-hunting, motorcycles, walking, swimming, jogging, rollerblading) and enjoy spending time in northern WI for rest and renewal

I started Slim 6 on 10/20/04 due to a plataue. I have seen wonderful results in reshaping my muscles---losing inches and lowering my body fat with simple baby steps.

I started Slim 6 on 10/20/04 due to a plataue. I have seen wonderful results in reshaping my muscles---losing inches and lowering my body fat with simple baby steps.

I feel energized, realized self discipline brings self reinforcement, better fitness level and sleep habits improved. Pressing play/starting is half the battle!

Slim 6 my plataue break through with the following results:
week 1 lost 1.50 lbs and .04" down
week 2 lost .50 lbs and 2.01" down
week 3 lost 3.0 lbs and 1.67" down
week 4 lost 2.0 lbs and 4.86" down
week 5 lost 1.5 lbs and .25" down
week 6 lost .50 lbs and 4.76" down
Granduation report = lost 9.0 lbs and 13.5" slimmer(lower BF%) Recovery week -1.0 pound and maintained measurements!

12/6/04 started 4 wks of Slim Series--slim training! Results: -1.0 pd and -.50" with lower BF%. DEFINED MUSCLE TONE IN ARMS/LEGS! Got me through holidays!

Started second round of slim 6 program on 01/06/05. Results after 4 weeks: down -5.0 pds and -1.75" slimmer.

Since 2007 goals are:
--being self loving every stage of weight loss
--being optimistic and motivated to be my best
--giving myself chance to live fully

Yagottawanna attitude is a must...use the message boards and wowy when you need an extra boost to follow through!
