Hi.

I am 42 years old with two young children. Two years ago I was dangerously overweight and out of shape. I had all kinds of muscle and joint pains. My blood pressure was borderline and my cholesterol was high. If I did not make a change I was headed for diabetes.

Over the last 2 years I have cleaned up my diet, do cardio 2-3 days a week and strength train 2-3 days a week. I have lost 16% body fat and 55 pounds. My blood pressure and cholesterol are now in normal ranges.

I started P90X on 8/30/2009 and have seen amazing results.

I completed round 1 of P90X on 11/27/2009. Since then I did phase 1 of P90X+ and now I am doing a P90X/RevAbs/Insanity/1on1 Hybrid.
