I am a 30 year old elementary school teacher in Chattanooga, TN. I have been working out off and on for the last few years. I have been watching my mother, Phyllis(newmen03), work hard and achieve amazing results. She has motivated me to finally become serious about exercising. I am now ready to 'bring it' as they say, and begin a regular work out regimen and a healthier diet.
