Before I became a Coach, it was hard to get motivated to work out. I was 16 pounds heavier than I had ever been and I felt terrible. Then I started working out. I have lost 6 pounds (over Christmas) and can't wait to see what is next. I'm more motivated, I eat better and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
