I have two young children (one is 1 and the other 4) and I own a small business (I am a self employed graphic designer). My husband is very active and fit, and we love to enjoy the outdoors together, rollerblading, hiking, and camping are a few ways we do that.
Sometimes it is hard to fit the workouts in, but having the tools to workout in the house, with my DVDs it a great option. P.S. there is a history of osteoporosis in my family, and I know working out is the best way to build bone density. I am pleased to say my cholesterol has gone WAY down to since beginning the program.

I discovered BeachBody through my sister, "greatresults". She started the program after she had her third child and has completely transformed her body and her life.
As busy mom of two I have found BeachBody to be the perfect way for me to keep fitness a priority in my life. I have two young children (a 4 year old and a 1 year old) and I own a small business
Sometimes it is hard to get to the gym, that is why the BeachBody DVDs work so well for me. I still enjoy my walks and outdoor activities, like hiking and biking, but I have a structured program I can do from home - anytime.
I am proud to say I am back to my pre-pregnancy clothes! And building muscle tone and strength and I want to push myself further to a place I have always dreamed. Not just being small, but being strong! I know it is possible and I know that I can do it.
The DVDs are my own personal trainers! The one thing I don't like about the gym is I never really know what to do besides the cardio machines. And when doing a group workout I feel self-concious, never knowing if I am doing the moves correctly and afraid I look like a dork. The DVDs are great, I feel like I get "one on one" time with the instructors. They always stress the importance of form and make sure to remind me to go at my own pace.
I love the freedom and flexibility of the programs. I can workout in my own house, (no travel time to the gym). Plus, I can workout when I can squeeze it in, usually during nap time. I have no worries about who will watch my baby girl. And since I sometimes feel self-concious, I never worry about impressing anyone, except myself.
