I have been on the program for about 35 days now and I have lost 23 lbs and have lost 4 inches off my waist. I have committed myself to the Just Push Play philosophy and it has paid off. During my 2nd week I pulled my hamstring at the last stretch on Circuit 1-2 Sculpt. I took one day off but sorta missed the workout so I decided if I hurt my arm then I will move my legs if I hurt my legs then I will move my waist. I know now that Just Pushing Play is a mentally of never giving up and knowing I am worth the pain and inconvenience.....Mon-Fri many people go to jobs they don't like because the money and what it brings is worth it but we have many wealthy people in this world that would give up every cent if they health was the trade off. Stay Motivated! Never give into or up on yourself!
