I am 45 years old and married. Three children, two grown and out of the house, one 13 and found myself having to raise my 4 year old grandchild. THAT needs energy! Always been fairly active, like to walk, hike, swim, but couldn't ever get rid of the weight I have gained since the last child and it seemed that when I did lose a little, I would gain even more back. Finally found Debbie's Slim in Six I am 45 years old and married. Three children, two grown and out of the house, one 13 and found myself having to raise my 4 year old grandchild. THAT needs energy! Always been fairly active, like to walk, hike, swim, but couldn't ever get rid of the weight I have gained since the last child and it seemed that when I did lose a little, I would gain even more back. Finally found Debbie's Slim in Six and figured out that my eating and exercising patterns had to change before my body would! I am on track now and looking forward to each progression in my journey to being healthy and fit!

I found myself gaining weight each year and by the time I was in my 40's, I was "suddenly" weighing over 200 pounds. I tried a few different diets and started walking, but just couldn't seem to shed the weight. I got up early on morning to check the days' weather and stumbled on an infomercial for Slim in Six. As I sat watching and listening to the testimonials, the same thought kept running through my head.." Six weeks is NOT that long...I can DO that for six weeks...what do I have to lose?" Before I quite realized what I was doing, the phone was in my hand and I was ordering the program. And I can't tell you how glad that I made that move that morning. The program worked great for me. I lost almost 20 pounds and over 8 inches off my waist! Through Beachbody, I learned that it isn't just about the exercise, but about eating healthy too. I moved on to the Slim Series dvd's and had great results with that as well. Slowly the pounds and inches started coming off and I learned how to eat to be healthy and fit. That isn't to say that my results have been stellar...more of a two step forward, one step back approach, but I keep working at it and when I "fall off the wagon" I run after it until I can get back on :)
