Martinsville, VA Hello. My name is June W. from Virginia. I am 31 years old. I am learning about becoming an 80% raw vegan with muscles! I am currently 50% RAW vegetarian. I am currently a full-time college student with the maximum number of credits. I am studying to become a Occupational Therapy Assistant and then on to Holistic Health.

MY main goal is to strengthen my core and stablize my back muscles, due to the curvature and twisting of my spine. (Scoliosis)
My biggest challenge will be to stay on a raw diet and keep my workouts up while attending classes!!!
College is tough and it is hard to stay on track - mentally and physically - for me!! I have a challenging road ahead of me!! Success buddies, PLEASE don't give up on me!!!

I knows what it is like to be depressed...understands how someone who has been working hard on a task and just decides to quit, instantly! Taking my own advice. Let the tears flow...keep your head up...and remember to think POSITIVE in what seems like rough times. The mind can change good to evil and evil back to good! Remember to love. Love yourself first, then you can love others in return!
Honestly, I use to be strong. I finished P90X once. I felt like I was on top of the world. I wanted to rock climb and do things that I never felt I could do. Then, college happened. Within a year, I developed poor eating habits and stopped exercising. I blamed that on no time.
Currently, I am weak and I want to get strong and healthy, again. I started Power 90 Sweat 1-2. Also, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There I will learn about helping myself as well as helping others regain their healthy lifesyle.
