I am not accustomed to talking about myself, so these always seem a little weird to me. I started another program in November in a desire to lose a few inches off my waist. I quit smoking three years ago, and retired from construction to get a college degree, so I was getting no exercise at all, and starting to feel miserable. At this point, I've lost about an inch off my waist, but I don't I am not accustomed to talking about myself, so these always seem a little weird to me. I quit smoking three years ago, and retired from construction to get a college degree, so I was getting no exercise at all, and starting to feel miserable. At this point, I've lost about an inch off my waist, but I don't seem to be making any more progress. The trouble seems to be trying to find the proper amount of calories I need to keep myself fueled. I gave up sodas and sugary snacks in November. I have cleaned the beer out of my fridge, and am ready to go with Power90. My short term goals are to get my diet figured out so that I have more energy during the day, and just get through the full 90 days. I hope to take a few inches off my waist in the process.

I am at the point where I can help others achieve success with their programs, so I decided to become a coach. If anything, I can serve as an example of consistency. The results will come eventually.
