I am not accustomed to talking about myself, so these always seem a little
weird to me. I started another program in November in a desire to lose a few
inches off my waist. I quit smoking three years ago, and retired from
construction to get a college degree, so I was getting no exercise at all, and
starting to feel miserable. At this point, I've lost about an inch off my waist,

So far I have done a round of P90, and a round of P90X, and am currently going through P90 Master's Lean program. I have lost some weight, and some size, but still have a ways to go. I am at the point where I can help others achieve success with their programs, so I decided to become a coach. If anything, I can serve as an example of consistency. The results will come eventually.
