I started power 90 in feb/09 and done it for about 2 weeks and lost 3 inches on my waist and hips. In march I had surgery and was not able to do anything for about a month. I have now been back on track with power 90 for about 2 weeks and i'm getting great results. I feel better, look better and can not wait to order p 90 x.
