Hi and welcome!!!
My name is Katherine, I am 25, live in New York City and I am a motivated
exercising machine on my way to the body of my dreams! Since I work in an
office, I sit on my butt most of the day – that’s one reason I look forward to
my Beachbody workouts! Currently I am working out with Shaun T using his

I looked in the mirror one day and realized staring back at me was a 175
pound unhappy young woman. Over the past year and a half I was eating
poorly, not exercising and overall did not have a positive attitude about the
life I was living.
About a year ago I made a promise to myself: I must lose the weight and get
back to my old happy lighter self. I have drastically changed my diet in that I
no longer eat fast food, I do not eat late night and I just maintain a much
healthier lifestyle. I also workout regularly both at the gym and at my home
with my Beachbody dvd’s.
Like I stated earlier, I have always had issues with my weight more specifically
my tummy. My main goals are to obtain a lean beautiful sexy stomach!! This
is something that I have NEVER had…I am so confident that I will achieve my
goals it keeps me motivated and makes me work harder every workout.
In addition to purchasing Hip Hop Abs and P90X, I decided to become a
Beachbody Coach too. Being a coach makes you accountable--to yourself &
to your team. It gives you more of a drive to succeed. You don't have to be a
fitness expert, just someone who wants to lead a healthy, fit lifestyle and
inspire others do the same. I know, without a doubt, that with this great
community and my team, I will never ever go back to the way I was.
My weight loss has inspired my coworkers my friends and my family to also
lose weight. So losing the weight has not only affected me but everyone
around me.
Stay positive and remember you have the ability to change your body into the
body you have always dreamed of.
