I am a former gym owner, certified fitness coach, former stunt woman, coach, coordinator, professional water skier, professional circus artist, dancer, singer, choreographer. And if that weren't enough a former restaurant and cinema owner. Guess you can say I'm a typical Type A personality. My life AND my career has definitely had its highs and lows and its share of stress. I was sedentary for a few years working on producing 2 lifestyle TV series and after having my child. I ran after him but that was all, so I put on some very unwelcomed pounds. Then, I found myself suddenly single, which took a huge toll on me both physically, emotionally and financially. One night I couldn't sleep and was flipping through the channels and happened onto P90X. I made a promise to myself that I was going to hit 50 looking and feeling better than in my entire life. NOW I am a P90X, P90X + and One On One with Tony Horton Grad! I did Insanity with Shaun T and, yes, it is the bomb! Just more ammunition in my fitness arsenal! I have been approached by other health and fitness organizations to endorse them and, honestly, Team Beachbody is the only Health and Fitness company I could really get behind! It has done so much for me physically, emotionally, and now that I am a coach, financially. I also was diagnosed with Scoliosis when I was 20 so that has given me a lot of back issues. On occasion I have to modify some of the exercises, if I have pushed myself really hard, but with stretching, yoga, massage and rest I can do just about anything! I can't say enough about Team Beachbody but give me the chance and I will try!

After being in decent shape I decided what I wanted for my 50th birthday was to be in AWESOME shape, and NOW I AM! As a professional athlete, dancer, stunt woman, I was always in good shape when I was younger without much effort. But time marches on and so did the size of my thighs! So here I am a year later - newly single (yep with gain came pain but it's ALL GOOD) and happier and healthier than I have EVER been. And that is saying a lot.
