I love to exercise, I am addicted. When my brother was first born in 1984, my mom would do Gilad workouts on tv. Later she progressed to working out to THE FIRM workouts. 10 years ago, I followed in her footsteps and started training to THE FIRM. For two years, I worked out at home. Then I got lazy and slacked for a few years, gained about 15 lbs (I am 5'8", was 165) and wasn't too happy with myself, infact, I was disgusted, wasn't used to looking that way. I got engaged in Sept '03, and I got off my rear-end, and started working out to THE FIRM again, and later FITPRIME/KICK BUTT workouts. I then discoverd CRUNCH FITNESS, and PREVENTION videos, and implemented them into my workouts. I was watching infomercials one night, which I rarely do, and the TURBO JAM infomercial came on. I was so ecstatic to find this new workout series, that I couldn't wait to order. Since then, I have discovered P90X, YBB, Hip Hop Abs, and Slim in 6. They are all incredible in their own right. I am getting my hubby to tackle P90X with me, which is a process, but we'll get there. Exercising is addicting, I love feeling healthy and happy. I am always trying to encourage my friends and co-workers to better themselves. I am hoping that my enthusiasm will rub off on them, while seeing the results I have achieved. Now, I rotate all the workouts to keep my body confused, and to continue to see results. I LOVE IT!!!
