Seven years ago I was a Division I wrestler and in the best shape of my life. My optimum weight was 170# but I wrestled at 165#. I now weigh in at 215# and I'm ready to commit to getting back into shape. I told myself I would commit to the 90 days and see what happens. I'm a firm believer that nothing can replace hard work.

At the start of this series, I was disgusted with myself. I had gotten so out of shape that it hurt my knees to run. Being a division one wrestler only seven years ago, I knew I had become what I swore I never would...a lazy and out of shape has-been. I realized I needed to do something about that and I made the decision to give Tony his 90 days. Well, It's been 60 days of pushin' play and I've noticed a HUGE difference. My wife and I took a cruise last week and I actually felt comfortable taking off my shirt! I'm down 10 pounds now and I'm getting my physique back! Only 30 more days and we will graduate into a different Beachbody series. Until the next photo, we'll keep pushin play!
