Hello. I'm a 47yr old mom that has gained weight by sitting in the stands and watching my kids play sports. Being a former athlete myself, it's been difficult watching myself spread. Unfortunately, I've found that the older I get, the more difficult it is to lose these unwanted pounds. I'm looking to you to help me get back to my desired size 12 again.

I'm on my way. Slim in 6 has given me a great start to where I want to go. I would still like to lose about 35 lbs, but now I realize that the scale will not go down as fast as I originally thought. This is because I'm gaining muscle weight. My clothes are all fitting better, but not loose enough to go down to the next size. I'm going to keep going with Debbie and the SI6 series. I'll keep you posted!
