Well I'm 46, happily married to an awesome guy (who encouraged me to look
at the Beachbody programs and get started) and I live with 2 dogs - Zoe and
Bear and one goofy cat named Tybalt. I'm originally from Philadelphia, moved
to So Calif during my high school years (yes I worked at both Disneyland and
Knotts Berry Farm) moved to Seattle in my 20's and in my late 30's met my
husband. In 2004 we moved to Western New York to be closer to my
husband's family.

My favorite hobby is theatre. I love acting. When I was younger I wanted to
be on the stage, but for various reasons I didn't take that path. So every once
in a while I audition for local community theatre productions and get my fix
of grease paint and spotlights. I work in administrative support for a non-
profit organization, but I am ready for a change. 46 seems like a good year
to shake things up a bit.

I'm 46 years old. I have not exercised regularly for years due to back pain. A
few years ago I had minor chronic low back pain and after a minor car
accident it became worse. About 2 More...

I'm 46 years old. I have not exercised regularly for years due to back pain. A
few years ago I had minor chronic low back pain and after a minor car
accident it became worse. About 2 years ago my pain became much worse
and I found out I have 2 herniated and 2 bulging discs in my lower back. To
make a long story short I tried many conventional and unconventional ways to
relieve the pain. It got better for a while but then the pain started coming
back. I have wanted to exercise for a long time but it seemed that I would
tweak my back and feel too much pain to exercise. Honestly it got to the
point I became afraid of exercise because it didn't take much to put my back
out. Then this year just after my 46th B-day I was told I have osteoporosis. I
was already feeling ancient and fragile and once I heard that I have brittle
bones too I just said "Enough." I am going to stop being afraid that exercise
will hurt me and just do it. So here I am learning how to take care of my body and how to do so at my own pace so I continue to gain strength. I believe in these programs and how they can help me take charge of my own well-being. It may take me longer than others, but I will get there.
