After years of fighting my weight, on Jan 2 2009, I decided to do something about it. I was 267.5# and 6ft 1 in tall. I started initially with just diet and exercise and lost 30 pounds before deciding to try P90X. I started on Feb 13, and I'm 34 years old. Been married for 16 years... (yeah, do the math, got married when I was 18, and she was 17...LOL). 2 kids ages 6 and 8. Boy and Girl.
After years of fighting my weight, on Jan 2 2009, I decided to do something about it. I was 267.5# and 6ft 1 in tall. I started initially with just diet and exercise and lost 30 pounds before deciding to try P90X. I started on Feb 13, and lost an additional 40 pounds. I ended on May 13 at 197.5#. I had lost 70 pounds, and put on a ton of muscle during the X.
I took 8 days off, and am now on round 2 of P90X, but I'm integrating some one-on-one workouts and P90X PLUS workouts into my routine. So far I'm loving the variety the other few workouts add!

I started my transformation on Jan 2, 2009. At 267.5# I decided enough was enough. I mean, really! So, I started. Diet and exercise was the way I lost my first 35 pounds. Then I decided one day at work, I was going to try to do something even more dramatic. No longer did I just want to be at a healthy weight, I wanted to be physically fit! So, I ordered P90X.
I started P90X on Feb. 13, 2009. I followed the nutrition guide. I pushed PLAY. I did the workouts, and I BROUGHT IT. When I finished on May 13, I was down another 35 pounds... only this time... something else was different. I had added significant muscle to my frame. I could see it. I could feel it... so could everyone else.
I had never bought anything from an infomercial before, but I'm glad I put aside my reservations and ordered it. It may sound corny, but P90X CHANGED MY LIFE! I want to use what I've learned to make a difference and help change YOUR life. It IS POSSIBLE! I am proof, and look forward to helping others!
