The hardest step to take in this journey is the first few- admitting that you need help, staying motivated and 'pushing play' every day. I became part of the Million Dollar Body community at my all-time low, feeling horrible about my weight and suffering severe back pain. On New Year's Day 2008, I happened to turn on the the television and saw the P90X infomercial for the first time, and it couldn't have come on at a better time! I chewed on it for a day and the next day, placed my order.

I started my first round on 7 January 2009 and loved getting my butt kicked by the workouts! Within the first week, I could FEEL some significant changes; I was sleeping better, my concentration was improved as were my moods, I had more energy and just felt a positive upward trend in general. I knew that I'd made the right step in trusting in BeachBody.

I'm currently in my fourth round of P90X and I am still just as motivated with this program as I was on Day 1. If it weren't for Tony Horton, the BeachBody family and the support and motivation I get off of the message boards daily, I don't know where I would be- and to be honest, I just don't think about it.

I want to show my appreciation for a second lease on life by paying it forward to those of you out there who need help. We can motivate each other, too! Being a part of this family and taking control of your life is an extremely rewarding experience- trust me!
