Well, I've struggled with weight since I was a baby. I am adopted and was malnourished when I came to my home and my parents at 16 months. With the help of the pediatrician, my Mom did great getting me back to a normal size but I was still heavier than everyone else. I was active in high school so I didn't have too many problems until college and getting married. 2 kids and 64 pounds later, Well, I've struggled with weight since I was a baby. I was active in high school so I didn't have too many problems until college and getting married. 2 kids and 64 pounds later, I've decided to do something about it. Keith (my husband) and I are committed to doing this together. By changing eating habits alone, I've dropped 11 pounds and 9 inches...it's time to step it up and add some exercise to tone this flabby skin....I'm ready to see where I can go with this but I must admit, I'm scared stupid at the same time!

Well, I was on for 30 days before an issue with my back laid me off. I continued with a proper diet and am now back and ready to start Round 2. I realize there is still work to be done but I am proud of what I have accomplished and look forward to seeing more results in 90 days. The first 30 days gave me confidence to know that I CAN do this. For myself, and for my family. (I was sad and unhappy before I started.)
