Hmm where to start. :) I have had two kids, they are going to be 8 and 9 this year. People will say..Oh you look great! But my team of doctors will say otherwise. I am 5'3 157.2 pounds today...I am actually starting tomarrow June 15th but I got so excited I pushed play already twice...heehee. THe first day I almost died but the second day I did the whole workout. I am doing slim in 6 right now. I think I had to get my breathing right. I have had a long journey to this point. I had a lot of major medical issues and I can just say I am post menopausal since I was 25yrs old. I had a pulmonary embolism and a few small strokes called TIA's. To say the least I felt that food would make me feel better. I am a food aholic...I eat because I am depressed and I am depressed because I eat. I also had an eating disorder when I was younger and believe me I tried to do it again but this bosy wont allow it...Which is a good thing.:) So, there I sat visiting my grandma, couldnt sleep at 2 am and saw the infomercial. (I do other workout videos but havent seen much results although diet isnt exactly steller) I starting crying watching the success stories. My hubby was beckoned..."oh can I get this???" He replyed " sure give it a shot." I excitedly called and got my package Friday. I cant tell you how many times I re-read the packets. And even though its only been 2 days..I have told everyone...I am making the commitment...I will succed..I just have to change my diet. I own a tattoo shop and I am a tattoo artist which sometimes I tattoo for 8 to 12 hours straight..And I am a full time college student...No excusses Vanessa!!! Here I go...
