Hello all, I am a 30 year old, who is a new dad to a georgous baby girl. My fiance is absolutly amazing and so supportive of my workout program, P90X. She is also involved with Beachbody, using Tony Hortons 10 Min. Trainer. I work as city police officer and served in the ARMY for 8 years and became a Veteran after 9/11/2001.

On 9/11/01 I was a marketing student in college. I also served in the MA National Guard to help pay for school. But that day changed everything. Our school was closed and I immediatly reported to my Unit Headquarters. A few of us decided to go down to "Ground Zero" to help. We arrived and were told that there was too many people and if we wanted to help to stay a few days. We decided that our families needed us but just witnessing the devistation first hand changed my life!
I returned home and immediatly went to the gym to prepare myself for the unknown. That November 01, my unit was activated and it was on! My enlistment was up but I volunteered to stay an extra 2 years. We were trained as Military Police and served under Operation Noble Eagle. My unit worked out everyday together at our base camp. Lots of running, pushups, situps. No structure at all... Run 2 miles, do some pushups, situps and then have a cookout with burgers and hot dogs.

Well my two years went by and I came home and changed from Marketing to the local police department. I had to continuing to serve my community and I loved it.

Physically the job is both demanding but very docile. You may chase or wrestle a guy for a few minutes but most of your 8 hour shift is sitting in that cruiser waiting or patrolling.

When you work an overnight shift like I do, your sleep (rest period) is shattered, and you grab quick "Dirty" meals like fast food joints.

I served as a police officer for 7 years and gained over 25-30 lbs!!! NOT GOOD!

My brother Scott, began doing P90X in January of 09 and I watched as he shred down his weight and built amazing muscle tone!

I called him up and invited myself into one of his workouts! I WAS HOOKED!!!

I started P90X on April 20th, 2009 and Just finished my first round this July 18th, 2009!!! I am happy to say that I started at 190lbs and now I'm at 175!!! My body fat % went from 18% down to 9%!!! But most importantly, I FEEL GREAT!!!

I go to work knowing that I am in shape and that betters my chances of returning home safe to my family due to my healthy choices!

I love my new lifestyle and I owe it to my brother, all of my new WOWY Friends from Team Beachbody and to Tony Horton and his crew for help in keeping me motivated!

I also would like to thank my wife, Amy and my daughter Abbegail who are my inspiration to be a good man, a good husband and a good father. I love them dearly and I hope to live a long happy healthy life for them!
