I have tried several diets, (Atkins all the way through Weight Watchers) and I have only seen some progress, but not the results I was looking for. I kept seeing the ads for P90X on TV and decided to check out the site. After browsing through profile after profile I ran across a coach (http://teambeachbody.com/member/sn/actorblu) who had the same stats as me. At that very moment I decided that if he could do it and hit the same goals I wanted, then why couldn't I? So I got my hands on the P90X and got started, boy was I in for it!

The workout was amazing and I had taken a few "starter attempts at it" trying to be as dedicated as I could, follow the ladder and eat healthy at least 85% of the time if not more. Shortly after my girlfriend of almost 7 years, (we had two kids together) decided to leave me. I moved back to Arizona where I had obtained my dream job that I had worked 5+ years towards. There while at the gateway of what would soon turn out to be the start of a new life I got very depressed, dropped out of P90X and was hardly eating. The one big thing that stuck was the ladder and I continued to eat from the top two tiers, when I was eating and amazing as it was, I felt great health wise. Some time had passed and from there I realized my support group in life, grasped the ladder again and got back to P90X. Since then I have only had one time that I had to restart due to me pulling a muscle but I never gave up. I am now actively in P90X, I talk about it with people who hear my story and hear about other people who P90X and I can't help but beam towards my future.
