Keep making it a habit. You can too! I've been running for the past few weeks. I'm up to 3.1 - a true 5K - but I haven't altered my eating habits. I am noticing toning in my thighs but other than that...well without the full package I'm not going to get any further. So it's time to ramp up the volume here and get back to the Turbo Jam. It really works. I had progress before but then just got sidetracked and stopped. My body is beginning to expect the run. Now I need to teach it to expect the strength and cardio that come from Turbo Jam.
