I totally let myself go 20 years ago. I had cervical cancer and had a hysterectomy. I was depressed at the time and gained 60+ lbs. quickly. I was already overweight and my blood pressure shot up to a number that was out of sight. I started walking and watching what I was eating and over a period of a year lost 100 lbs. I have been fortunate to keep this off, but now I still need to lost 20+ lbs. and I need toning desperately. I also want to stay in the best health as possible and working in the medical field I know how important exercise is to our bodies. This is my 4th day and I am already seeing what this program can do for me. My flexibility in doing squats and lunges is already improving and it is good for us mentally to get our heart rate up and our blood flowing. I just appreciate the opportunity to do this program with guidance from coaches in our thread who really care about us and friends that I have already started enteracting with and I am going to WOWY on Monday, 3/24/08, by invitation from another friend I met.
